June 20, 2014 We Know it All, or Do We?

How many non-profit staff and/or committee members have your auction event down to a “T”? How many think they have it all figured out?  Recently a long-term client of ours attended the event of another of our clients to help them with their new auction software.  She thought she had it all figured out. But she came away with several new, fresh ideas to implement at her non-profit’s next event. She did just that and her group generated additional revenue at their auction as a result.

Every event is different in some way.  I encourage you to attend other fundraising events even if you do have it all figured out.  I can assure you, you’ll get at least three new ideas to take back to your event.  At a minimum you’ll get confirmation that what you are doing is right!
