January 20, 2017 Celebrating a Decade of C King Benefit Auctions

Charity Auction Fund-A-Need

It’s hard to believe it’s already been 10 years.

Ten years ago, I decided to leave my family’s 4th-generation real estate auction business after 20 years of working with them to open my own company.  This would be a company where I could combine my passion of helping others with my passion for the auction industry.  C King Benefit Auctions was born in 2007 and has since assisted nonprofit organizations across the country with fundraising consultation and auctioneering talent.

In these 10 years, we’ve worked with a variety of different organizations.  Most of these nonprofit clients have become lifelong friends.  I’m hopeful that the impact we’ve had on the organizations we’ve worked with has been rewarding to them. I know it has been most rewarding to us. To think that a live auction item idea, the development of the Fund-A-Need message or the sharing of formulas for the silent auction has impacted a nonprofits’ mission in a positive way is a very big part of why we do what we do. Helping others – THAT is what life should be about. I’m blessed to be able to do on a day-to-day basis and let me tell you, I’m having a blast!

As we celebrate C King Benefit Auctions 10th Anniversary we want to thank our past and present clients for allowing us to be a small part of their successes.  We look forward to the opportunity to continue helping our current nonprofit clients, and future clients, one bid at a time.
